Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small return processing fee may apply.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
